It is jointly represented by petitioner No.1 in person and counsel for the respondents that an amicable settlement has been arrived at between the parties, whereby the respondents have agreed to refund an amount of Rs.1,75,259/ to the petitioners towards full and final settlement within a period of one week. The petitioners are agreeable to the same.

2 In view of amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, the present petition is rendered infructuous and disposed of as such. In case of nonadherence to the terms of
