In terms of the judgment impugned in LPA No. 675

of 2011, the respondentState was directed to readvertise the

post of Anganwari Worker and fillup the same, in accordance

with law.

2. Mr. Adarsh K. Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, submits that in pursuance to the said direction, the respondentState has conducted the interview and the selection process is already over, but, the result has not yet been declared because of there being an interim stay and in case, permission is granted, the result will be announced. His statement is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, the respondentState is directed to announce the result by 25th August, 2020.

4. Call these matters in regular Court on 26th August, 2020.
