Learned counsel for the appellant states that two separate Letters Patent Appeals were filed assailing the very same judgment, impugned in the present Letters Patent Appeal i.e. 675 of 2011. He points out that since LPA No. 468 of 2011 filed by Pinki Devi assailing very same judgment stands decided by this Court vide judgment dated 3.1.2012, present appeal has become infructuous.
- In view of above, present appeal is dismissed having become infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
