Both respondents have been duly served. But Power of attorney has been filed only on behalf of respondent No.2.
Mr. Bhupinder Singh Ahuja, Advocate, submits that respondent No.1 is not coming forward to sign Power of Attorney and therefore, he is not able to represent him for want of Power of Attorney.
In view of submissions made by learned counsel, respondent No.1 is proceeded ex-parte.
