The Central Government has created the H.P. State Administrative Tribunal in terms of Notification No.G.S.R.926(E), dated 29th December, 2014, and Hon'ble Mr. Justice V.K. Sharma (Retd.) has been appointed as the Chairman, who has taken oath on 27.2.2015. Accordingly, this writ petition is transferred to the State Administrative Tribunal. Learned counsel for the parties are directed to cause appearance before the Tribunal on 23.4.2015. Registry is directed to send down the record forthwith. Index be maintained and consigned to records.
