The writ petitions are filed with the following
prayers:-
"A. That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue the writ of mandamus whereby

the respondents may kindly be directed to give the revise scale of Rs. 950-1800 with initial start of Rs. 1000/- with effect from 1.1.1986 which flow from the Annexure P-1 and Annexure P-2 Judgments passed in CWP 151 of 2004 dated 17.11.2008 and thereafter CWP 4911/2009 decided on 8.11.2011 in the form of arrears.
B. That the respondents may be directed to give the same treatment by giving benefits of revised pay scale of Rs. 950-1800 with initial start of Rs. 1000/- w.e.f. 1.1.1986 as has been given to other similar situated staff of HRTC and difference in wages may kindly be calculated and further disbursed to the petitioners forthwith in the form of arrears."
- In case the petitioners are similarly situated as the
petitioners referred to in Annexure P/1 and P/3 judgments, a
similar treatment shall be given to the petitioners herein
also. The said judgments have been implemented. The
needful shall be done within a period of two months from
the date of production of a copy of this judgment by the
petitioners before the second respondent.
- With these observations, the writ petitions stand
disposed of, so also the pending applications, if any.
