In terms of the note of the Registry, steps have been

taken for the service of respondents No.2 to 18. Notice be

issued to the said respondents returnable within two weeks. In

addition, dasti notice also permitted.

LPA No.434 of 2012:

Mr.K.S. Banyal, learned counsel for the appellant,

stated that respondents No.15 to 177 are proforma

respondents and no relief has been sought against them and

that they may be deleted from the array of respondents. His statement is taken on record. Ordered accordingly.

Notice be issued to respondents No.4, 11 and 12 returnable within two weeks. In addition, dasti notice also permitted. In case, the appellant fails to effect service on the unserved respondents, the appeal shall be deemed to have been dismissed, without reference to the Bench, so far as the said respondents are concerned.

LPA No.450 of 2012:

Ms.Nishi Goel, learned counsel for the appellant, stated that respondents No.15 to 177 are proforma respondents and no relief has been sought against them and that they may be deleted from the array of respondents. Her statement is taken on record. Ordered accordingly.
