Mr. Vikas Rathore, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record copies of two letters dated 1.12.2012, whereby the petitioner has been granted the benefit under the Assured Carrier Progression Scheme and placed as Junior Assistant w.e.f. 2.6.2008 instead of 29.8.2009. The other codal formalities be completed within three weeks from today.
- In view of above, the present petition is rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous, so also the pending application(s), if any. No costs.
