The writ petition has been filed with following prayers:-
(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to implement the order dated 28.5.2010 and further directions be issued to the respondents to relieve the petitioner forthwith to enable him to join at HPPWD Division Salanoo, District Chamba.

There will be a direction to the respondents to relieve the petitioner in terms of transfer order, if not already relieved, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgement alongwith a copy of writ petition by the petitioner.
