Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate, on instructions from his client, who is otherwise present in the Court pursuant to non-bailable warrants issued by this Court, states that entire outstanding amount would be paid by 10.1.2019. His statement is taken on record.

List on 11.1.2019. It is made clear that in case this order coupled with earlier orders passed by this Court are not complied with, then consequences, as per law, shall follow.

In view of aforesaid order, the petitioner is set free.
