Notice returnable on 2nd August, 2013, for which date the main suit is also fixed for service of the defendants.

However, keeping in view the parameters for grant of ad interim ex parte injunction, such as a prima facie good case, balance of convenience and likelihood of irreparable loss and injury which cannot otherwise be compensated in terms of money, in case injunction as prayed for is not granted, in the meantime, the non-applicants/defendants are restrained from transferring, alienating, encumbering and creating any charge in respect of SALAG (.15MW) Hydro Electric Power Project, Salag, District Kangra, H.P., in any manner, whatsoever till further orders. However, they may appear before this court on or before 2.8.2013 and show cause as to why this order be not made absolute till disposal of the main suit. The order shall be issued subject to compliance of the provisions of Order 39, Rule 3 CPC.
