The petitioner was transferred from GPS Thangi to GPS Giabong vide Annexure P-2. His transfer order was cancelled vide Annexuxre P-4. Mr. Kulbhushan Khajuria, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is ready and willing to join duty at Giabong or any other adjoining place where the vacancy is available or where the incumbent had already completed their normal tenure of three years. Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record a copy of communication dated 2.11.2011. It is evident from the text of letter that

one Smt. Sunder Devi and Sh. Hukam Chand have already completed their normal tenure of three years at Government Primary School Sunnam and GPS Pooh.

Consequently, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to 2nd respondent to adjust the petitioner either at Sunnam or Pooh taking into consideration the longer stay of Smt. Sunder Devi and Sh. Hukam Chand at these places.
