09.03.2015 Present: Mr. Ranja Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. V. S. Chauhan, Addl. AG., for the respondents-State.
In view of notification dated 29.12.2014, the matter requires to be adjudicated under the provisions of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985. As such, in view of Section 29 of the said Act, record be transmitted to the Registry of the H.P. State Administrative Tribunal, which now stands established.
Learned counsel for the parties undertake to communicate the order to their clients and appear before the Tribunal on 10.04.2015.
