When the case was taken up today, it is jointly submitted by learned counsel representing the parties that there is possibility of compromise in the matter and they have thus prayed that the case be listed after two weeks to allow the parties to arrive at some amicable settlement in the matter. Request allowed. List on 24.6.2016, on which date both the parties shall remain present in the Court.

Till next date of hearing, sentence of imprisonment imposed by the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Shimla-cum-Special Judge (CBI) Camp at Theog in Cr. Appeal No. 10-T/10 of 2014/13 dated 26.12.2015 is suspended subject to the applicant depositing fine amount, if not already deposited and on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.

By way of present application, applicant has prayed for exemption from filing certified copy of judgment dated 28.2.2013 and 1.3.2013. This application is disposed of with the direction to the applicant to file certified copies of the same on or before the next date.
