Reply of the application not filed. The amount of Rs.4,32,000/ stands already deposited in the Registry of the Court, which has further been deposited in State Bank of Patiala, Shimla Branch. A similar application was moved by the respondents for the release of the amount. Vide order dated 23rd July, 2008, this Court had ordered for the release of interest accrued on the FDR, which comes to around Rs.38,000/- per annum. In view of this, no more amount can be released at this stage in favour of the respondents. Therefore, this application is disposed of. However, It is further ordered and clarified that the interest amount accured on the FDR shall be released quarterly to the respondents henceforth.
