By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for discharging his guardian and for grant of leave to pursue the case in his own capacity, on the ground that he has attained the age of majority.

Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and having perused the averments made in the application, as also documents appended therewith, the same is allowed and the applicant is permitted to pursue the case in his own capacity.

Application stands disposed of.

CMP No. 21334 and 12468 of 2019

By way of these applications, prayer has been made for release of amount in favour of the applicants, on the ground that the Award has attained finality, as the appeal filed against the same stood dismissed in default on 08.01.2008 and no application was filed to recall the said order.

As such, the applications are allowed and the amount falling to the share of the applicants, with up to date interest is ordered to be released favour of the applicants in their bank accounts, details whereof are provided in the applications. Applications stand disposed of.
