No reply has been filed despite two opportunities having been granted on $4.5.2013$ and $24.5.2013$ .
Grievance of the petitioner is that he has been transferred from Govt. Primary School, Sakriyana to Govt. Primary School, Bhatka in Education Block Kianai in District Chamba against a vacant post as is evident from office order Annexure P-3, but he is not being allowed to join at his new place of posting. This situation cannot be tolerated. We direct that Office Order Annexure 2 shall be implemented within one week from today.
