These Letters Patent Appeals are outcome of the judgment dated 7th December, 2010, passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP (T) No. 6637 of 2008, titled Inder Mohan Sharma and others versus Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board and CWP (T) No. 6836 of 2008, titled M.L. Sharma and others versus Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board, whereby the writ petitions came to be disposed of.

The writ petitioners in the writ petitions had sought quashment of the impugned orders relating to their pay fixation, (Annexures A-5 and A-6 annexed with the writ petitions).

The appellants/writ respondents have already revised the pay scale and thereafter issued Annexures A-5 and A-6, which stand quashed vide the impugned judgment.

In terms of the impugned judgment, the appellants have been directed to fix the pay of the writ petitioners in terms of the revised pay scale, in accordance with Regulation 7 contained in Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board (Revised Pay) Regulations, 1998, (Annexure-A-2), annexed with the writ petitions.

In the given circumstances, we wonder how the appellants are aggrieved.

Having said so, no interference is required. The appeals are dismissed as such alongwith pending applications.
