The complaint is that judgment dated 25th February, 2011 in CWP(T) No. 14347/2008 has not been complied with. It is pointed out by the petitioner that the amounts due to him have been calculated, but the same are not disbursed. It is pointed out in the affidavit that the amounts have been disbursed in installments and the first installment has already been disbursed to the petitioner. The petitioner submits that he is due to retire in February, 2013. It is made clear that the balance of the amounts due to the petitioner in terms of the judgment shall be disbursed to him either in lump sum or in installments before 30th November, 2012. The COPC is accordingly dismissed. Rule is discharged.
