This application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 9.10.2016 whereby the appeal has been dismissed for want of prosecution. The application, as a matter of fact, has been filed beyond the period of limitation and being not supported by an application for condonation of delay, can not be entertained. Learned Additional Advocate General prays for and is granted three weeks time for filing separate application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay.
