Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, to punish the respondent herein for the violations of the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.19401 of 2015, dated 02.12.2015.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the petitioners complaint dated 06.10.2015 directing the 1st respondent to take necessary steps to commence the enquiry under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 against the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2015 and directing the 2nd respondent to provide the salary promptly to the petitioner.

ORDER

This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed in the writ petition in W.P(MD)No.19401 of 2015 dated 02.12.2015 is violated.

2.In the said order, this Court has directed the District Officer/District Collector to look into the complaint filed by the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance https://hcservices.equits.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by issuing a proceedings dated 30.03.2016. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already challenged the said order by way of filing another writ petition in W.P(MD)No.11018 of 2016 and the same is pending.

5.In view of the abovesaid facts and circumstances, this Contempt Petition is closed, as the petitioner has to work out his remedy in the subsequent writ petition filed as stated supra. No costs.
