This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order of this court made Crl.O.P(MD) No.12310 of 2016, dated 21.07.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the direction issued by this court, FIR has been registered in Crime No.520 of 2016 on 19.10.2016 under Sections 294(b), 323, 341 and 506 (2) IPC by the respondent police.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is disposed of.
