To call for the records and Set Aside the conviction imposed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Virudhuangar in Crl.A.No. 45 of 2019 by the Judgement Dated. 16.11.2022 by confirming the conviction and modifying the sentence imposed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate CourtNo.I, Virudhunagar in C.C.NO. 189 of 2014 by the Judgment dated 02.11.2019.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON KARTHIKEYAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3870 of 2023, in Crl.M.P(MD).No.16247 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.1278 of 2022 dated 08.03.2023.

2. This Court, by order dated 08.03.2023, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3870 of 2023, has

relaxed the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.16247 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition once again.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
