ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the allotment of the disputed work to a third party, by way of separate writ petition. Granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
