Prayer in Tr.CMP(MD)No.131/2016: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to withdraw the HMOP No.124 of 2015 pending before the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District and transfer the same to Family Court, Madurai to be tried along with HMOP NO.70 of 2016 filed by the petitioner.
Prayer in CMP(MD). 2164/2016 : Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to STAY all further proceedings in the HMOP NO.124 of 2015 pending before the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District pending disposal of the above Tr.CMP(MD)No.131 of 2016.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.R.KANNAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:-
Notice to the respondent returnable in three weeks. Private Notice is also permitted.
There shall be an order of interim stay till then.
