2. Dispute between the petitioner and the first respondent with regard to Management of school. While granting ex-parte injunction, the learned District Munsif, Kuzhithurai did not give any reason for the<br>same. He has just mentioned the balance of convenience is in favour of first respondent made out prima facie case.
