Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass suitable orders to allow this Civil Revision Petition thereby setting aside the Order of the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai dated 03/03/2017 passed in I.A.No. 173 of 2017 in O.S.No.124 of 2007 and dismiss the same with costs.

PRAYER IN CMP(MD)No.5055 of 2017:-

To pass suitable orders to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the order passed by the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai dated 03.03.2017 passed in I.A.No.173 of 2017 in O.S.No.124 of 2007.
