Prayer : Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., directing the Respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No. 231 of 2020 pending before the Respondent No.2 and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2021 by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent herein to withdraw the complaint from the file of second respondent herein and transfer the same to some other Officer below the rank of Deputy Supreintendent of Police for investigation based on the petitioner's representation.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the investigation is underway, five witnesses were examined.

3. Recording the above submissions made, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
