Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of Tentative Provisional Selection List for appointment to the post of Special Teacher (Physical Education) in the department of School Education published on 12/10/2018 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal to the extent non-inclusion of the petitioner and consequently to direct the Respondent No.1 to select and appoint the petitioner to the post of Special Teacher (Physical Education) by calling the petitioner for counseling within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

Prayer in WMP(MD). 19544/ 2018 :

To pass an order of interim direction, directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling for appointment to the post of Special Teacher (Physical Education) in the direct recruitment of special teachers for the year 2012-16 pending disposal of the WP.

ORDER $\cdot$ This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.LOUIS, Advocate for the petitioner and MR.V.R.SHANMUGANATHAN, Special Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

WEB $C_{2}$ . After hearing some time, this Court is fully convinced that the petitioner has secured more marks than some of the candidates, who are in the selection list.

3. The stand taken by the learned Special Government Pleader that the petitioner has not produced the relevant G.O. regarding equivalence before the authorities at the time of certificate verification, cannot be accepted. Hence, there shall be an order of interim direction as prayed for.

4. Post the matter on 08.11.2018.
