Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the code of criminal procedure praying to direct the first respondent to do proper and fair investigation of the case in Crime No. 8/2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent by scrupulously following the procedures of arresting the accused, seizing the stolen jewel which worth about Rs. 85,000/- incorporating the necessary offences and bring the accused into book and examining the witnesses and so on as contemplated in law.

ORDER : This petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, Government Advocate(crl side) for petitioners and of the respondent is not appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:

This petition has been filed by the respondents in main Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22071 of 2015, seeking extension of time for filing final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.No representation for the respondent. Hence, after hearing the arguments of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), order is being passed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after filing this petition, the petitioners herein have closed the FIR on 15.12.2017 as 'undetected' and with regard to that, a report is also filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate.
