ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.839 of 2020, on the file of the first respondent.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.179 of 2021, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai and that the case was adjourned to 12.06.2023 for appearance of the accused.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
