C.S.No.8 of 2021 and O.A.No.19 of 2021 & 933 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.
Registry is directed to post this suit before the learned Additional Master-IV for recording evidence on 27.11.2023 and further directed that both the parties shall adduce their evidences on or before 25.01.2024.
2.The parties are also directed to maintain status quo as on date till the disposal of the suit.
3.It is also made clear that if the trial is delayed by the plaintiff, it is always open to the defendant/respondent to seek modification of the order of status-quo.
4.Post the suit on 25.01.2024.
5.In view of the order of status-quo granted by this Court, the applications namely, O.A.No.19 of 2021 and O.A.No.933 of 2023 shall stand closed.
