The critical question to be considered is as to the distance between the appellant's residence and the two noon meal centers under consideration.

This is for the reason that the Notification issued calling for applications does not make a distinction between the Upper and Lower sections of Velloni Estate, Valpari, Coimbatore District.

Hence let the distance between the residence of appellant as stated in her application and the two noon meal centers in Upper / Lower Divisions be stipulated by way of an affidavit to be filed by the respondent, to be served in advance on the appellant.
