Petitions praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to

(1)withdraw and transfer the petition, i.e. HMOP.No.1243/2017 pending on the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of the Family Court, Chennai (in TR CMP.843/2017) and

(2)To stay the proceedings in HMOP.No.1243/2017 pending on the file of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore (in CMP.17648/2017) respectively pending TR CMP No.843 of 2017.

Order :These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.PARTHASARATHY SENIOR COUNSEL for M/S.A.MURALEEDHARUN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.L.MOULI Advocate for the respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:-

With the consent of both learned counsels, the matter is referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.

The Registry is directed to place this matter before the Mediation Centre on 22.11.2017 and the report shall be placed before this court on 06.12.2017.

Interim order already granted by this court is extended till then.
