This Court by an order dated 27.11.2018, directed the Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District, to complete the suit proceedings as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Since the Sub Judge, Cheyyar requested some more time to comply with the order of this Court vide letter dated 04.12.2019.
2.On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 04.12.2019, three months time is extended to comply with the order of this Court dated 27.11.2018. The Sub Judge, Cheyyar, is directed to complete the suit proceedings, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
