Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to

(i) To withdraw the petition in HMOP no.89 of 2016 on the file of Sub Court, Thirupathur, Vellore District and transfer the same to Honourable III Addl.Family court at Chennai (in TR CMP.447/2017) and;

(ii) To stay all further proceedings in HMOP no.89 of 2016 on the of Sub Court, Thirupathur (in CMP.9120/2017) pending disposal of the above Tr.CMP.447/2017 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:-

Notice returnable by 06.07.2017. Private notice is also permitted.

Interim stay till then.
