Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in these circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Issue a Writ of Certiorari

(i)calling for the records of 2nd respondent and quash the order dt. 01.06.2016 in MA. 310/00240/ 2016 in OA No. 899/2012 as the same is unsustainable(in WP.14225/2017) and;

(ii)to stay all further proceedings pursuant to order dt. 01.06.2016 in MA. 310/00240/ 2016 in OA No. 899/2012 made by the 2nd respondent herein, (in WMP.14225/2017) pending disposal of the above WP.14225/2017 respectively.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.P.SENGOTTUVEL (SCGSC), for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:-

Notice returnable by 03.07.2017. Private notice is also permitted.

There shall be an order of interim stay in the meantime.
