Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P. 13938 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No. 507 of 2016 dated 14.09.2017, by permitting the petitioner to deposit the original title deeds of the immovable property, worth nearly Rs.20,00,000/ situate in Tirunelveli District and standing in the name of petitioners father in the account of C.C.No. 492 of 2010 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur instead of submitting bank guarantee of a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- as ordered by this Honble Court and confirm the order of suspension of sentence and the bail granted to the petitioner on 24.03.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.3462 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.507 of 2016

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

At request of the learned Additional Government Pleader, Post it on 08/10/2018.

The interim order not to arrest the petitioner is extended till then.
