is that on examination of the matter, they have decided to

de-notify the land as slum area. This is stated to be so, as the land in question is a private land.

2.In view of the aforesaid, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings. Consequently, the Sub-Applications also stand closed.
