O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the

order dated 07.01.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.29960 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the

Petitioner has been considered and orders have been passed on 22.04.2021 and the same has been communicated to the Petitioner.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the proceedings dated 22.04.2021, if he is aggrieved by the same.
