Heard both sides.
- The Second Appeal is admitted on the following Substantial Questions of Law:
(i) Are the Courts below justified in granting a decree in respect of the common cart track on the basis of Ex.A2 partition deed to which the appellants are not parties?
(ii) When the documents Ex.A2 and Ex.A3 partition deeds mentions a cart track of 4 mulam which is of 6 feet, are the Courts below justified in granting a decree of 9 feet cart track to the plaintiffs?
