No representation on the side of the petitioners/tenants.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/landlord would submit that as per the order of the Lower appellate Court, the tenants were directed to deposit the entire arrears of rent from 31.05.2006 to till date. However, on perusal of records, it is seen that there is no proof of payment of arrears amount before any of the Court of law.
3.To clarify on the aspect that whether there is arrears of rent is pending or not, post the matter on 31.10.2022.
