Petitions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India filed against the Fair and Decreetal Order in I.A. 03 of 2021 in O.S.No.64 of 2015, dated 24-11-2021, on the file of the Additional District Judge at Krishnagiri. (in CRP.NO.767 OF 2022) and;

(ii) To grant ad-interim stay of the all further proceedings in O.S.64 of 2015 on the file of the Additional District Judge at Krishnagiri, (in CMP.NO.3873 OF 2022) pending disposal of the above CRP.NO.767 OF 2022.

Order: This petition and miscellaneous petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MARSHALL, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions, the court made the following order:-
