ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order in CRP.NPD.No.3124 of 2011 dated 02.03.2012.

  1. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that already direction issued by this Court had been complied with. In fact, thereafter the petitioners filed petitions for removal of obstructor in EA.Nos.56 and 57 of 2012 before the Execution Court. Aggrieved by the said orders, the parties concerned also preferred civil revision petitions before this Court in CRP.Nos.2650 & 2651 of 2014 and both the civil revision petitions are pending.

  1. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, no

contempt is made out as against the respondent. Accordingly, this contempt

petition is dismissed.
