The learned counsel for the appellant/wife as well as the respondent/husband would submit that if the matter is referred to Mediation, there may be some possibility of amicable settlement.
2.Accordingly, the matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court.

Ms. Bala Natarajan, Advocate is appointed as Mediator to mediate the issue.

Since both sides counsels have appeared, notice to the parties is not necessary. The parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court along with their respective counsel in person on 23.09.2024 for mediation. If anyone of the parties did not appear before the Mediation on 23.09.2024, the appeal shall be posted before this Court on 26.09.2024.

If both the parties appear on 23.09.2024, the Mediator shall complete the mediation process and shall file a report before this Court before 23.10.2024. Post the matter before this Court on 23.10.2024 for filing mediation report.
