ORDER
This Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to release and pay the tasdik allowance and government waste pending for the Nagore Dargah by considering the representation dated 21.10.2022.
- The petitioner claims that the petitioner Dargah is a notified Waqf by Gazette Notification vide GS.187/TNJ dated 24.12.1958. It is their grievance that the official respondents ought to release the pending tasdik allowance and government waste to their Dargah and the same is not yet releease. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 21.10.2022 seeking for releasing the same, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record.
- Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2022 and pass appropriate order(s) on merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
- With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
