The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the present petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 5, legal heirs of the deceased P.Kuppan in the W.P.No.13861 of 2017 as respondents in the place of deceased P.Kuppan.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/petitioner submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to substitute the petitioners as respondents in the place of deceased P.Kuppan. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 15.12.2021.
