The matter is posted before this Court by the learned Additional Master No.III since the first plaintiff has continuously absented himself from appearing before the learned Master.

2.This Court perused the notes paper of the learned Additional Master No.III and finds except for an odd guest appearance, he has been consistently irregular in his appearance.

3.Mrs.Vasudha Thiagarajan, the learned counsel for the plaintiffs submitted that the first plaintiff has suffered a spinal injury, but this is strongly refuted by the other side.

4.Learned counsel for the defendants submitted that this is a statement that is being consistently made since 2018 and in between the plaintiff did appear before the learned Master to mark the documents.
