The learned counsel for the plaintiff in C.S.No.291 of 2007, C.S.No.698 of 2011, Tr.CS.Nos.105 & 106 of 2020 is ready. However, the learned counsel for the plaintiff in C.S.No.360 of 2007 and Tr.C.S.No104 of 2020 is not ready. The plaintiff in C.S.No.360 of 2007 and TR. CS.No.104 of 2020 are some of the defendants in C.S.No.291 of 2007 and C.S.No.698 of 2011 and Tr.C.S.Nos.105 & 106 of 2020.

2.It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel that by order dated 31.07.2023, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has observed that this Court shall endeavour to complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible. The said order has also been placed on record before this Court today.

3.In view of the directions given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, post the matter for arguments in all the suits finally on 28.11.2023. No further adjournments will be granted on that day.
