In view of the subsequent death of Secretary and the administration of affairs of institution by the President, the present application has been filed. Without prejudice to the rights of respondent in the matter and at the risk of petitioner, present application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out by 21.12.2010. If the amendment is carried out and bhatta is paid, issued notice to respondent no.1 in corrected name, returnable on 09.02.2011.
